We already have staff in place - can we just use the software?
Yes! In addition to our fully outsourced service, 3WON offers our platform as a software-only model to clients.
How long does it take to credential a provider?
Our current standard Turn Around Time (TAT) is <28 days. Based on the type of credentialing performed, this can be reduced.
Can delegates utilize the 3WON software to aid providers with their applications?
Yes, the software allows you to appoint a delegate.
How long does implementation take?
Standard implentation is completed within 30 days. However, implementation time can vary based on features being implemented and complexity of the data transfer.
Does 3WON provide software training?
Basic software training is provided. Additionally, our dedicated support team is readily available to address any questions you may have.
How long does it take to enroll a provider?
3WON has limited influence on payor processing times. However, our service allows for payor applications to be submitted accurately in less than 14 days.
Are the costs of PSVs included?
For our CVO services, all PSV costs (Education vertification, Board Certification verification, etc.) are included in the pricing structure. For software-only clients, the PSV costs are not included.
How do we get updates on provider status?
Our clients can access ProStat 24/7 to see real-time status updates and progress for all activities, offering a refreshing level of transparency to all 3WON clients.
